Terms of sale

Checking an address is free. Each action (protection guide or sending of erasure requests) costs €9.90 including VAT, paid once by card via Stripe.

As the service is performed immediately after payment at the customer's express request, the customer waives the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

The service consists of sending requests based on the GDPR and providing recommendations. It does not guarantee the actual erasure of data by the recipient organisations, nor the removal of copies resulting from a breach.

Privacy policy

Data controller: NSCONSULT. Data processed: email address (encrypted with AES-256-GCM), first and last name in the case of a mandate (encrypted), log of requests sent, payment data processed by Stripe.

Check results are computed on demand from Have I Been Pwned and are never stored. No data from a breach is collected.

Retention periods: login links 24 hours, sessions 72 hours, account until deleted, accounting records 10 years.
